Registration for #HRS2018 is now open! All registrations require a single advanced payment. *Student registration requires proof of current student status to be emailed to registration@hrsymposium.org.
Trouble Registering?
PayPal works best with Internet Explorer or Firefox. You're more likely to have difficulty when using Chrome or Safari. If you're having trouble registering, delete your cookies and temporary internet files, and then try using a different browser. If you continue to have trouble, please send an email to registration@hrsymposium.org.
Group Registrations
Please note you can only enter the registration system once per email address. If you are registering a group of people, please have the full list available so that you can complete all the registrations at the same time. You may also pay for the number of people you intend to enroll and send the list of names separately to registration@hrsymposium.org. When you add attendees, be sure to select the correct payment amount ("fee type") for each person; the discount is available for 5+ people.
Open Seating
The HR Symposium is open seating on a first-come, first-served basis. Prior attendees have stressed that assigned seating and company lunch tables actually inhibit valuable networking, which is a key attraction to our annual event. Companies who view attendance at the HR Symposium as a team-building opportunity, or otherwise wish an assigned lunch table, may make that request on an exception basis with the purchase of 10 or more seats. If you wish to make that request, please send an email to registration@hrsymposium.org.
Refund Policy
A full refund will be made if registration is canceled prior to March 15, 2018. There will be no refunds for any cancellations made after that date, as funds will be applied toward awarding scholarships. If you cannot attend the Symposium, you are encouraged to send someone in your place. For additional registration questions, call 408-998-4435 or registration@hrsymposium.org.
Consent to Photography
The HR Symposium event may be photographed and/or video recorded for marketing and publicity purposes. Photographs and videos may appear on the HR Symposium website, social media, and other marketing materials. By entering the venue and HR Symposium, you consent to your likeness and image being included in the work described above.
