A full refund will be made if registration is cancelled prior to April 28, 2010.
There will be no refunds for any cancellations made after April 29, 2010.
If you cannot attend the Symposium you are encouraged to send someone in your place. |

UCSC Extension in Silicon Valley (www.ucsc-extension.edu) is arranging for registered paid participants to receive 4 hours of credit (0.4 CEUs) toward recertification of PHR, SPHR and GPHR credentials through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). At the HR Symposium you will receive the program ID number for your recertification application.
