Where in the Convention Center is the program held?
Registration and morning program are on the second level in/near the Theater; lunch is on the first level in the Mission City Ballroom.
Who should attend the Symposium?
Any Human Resources professional seeking the knowledge, motivation and insight to expand their career would benefit from attending the Symposium.
Can I substitute someone else for my registration?
Yes you can! On the day of the event changes can be made at the registration table.
I don't know if I will be able to attend. Is it possible to "walk in?"
We have a seating limit of 600, so we recommend that you register in advance. However, any remaining seats will be made available on the day of the Symposium.
Can I pay with a credit card? Check?
Where does the money for the Symposium go?
All proceeds from the Symposium go to Human Resources Inc. and are used for college scholarships to students studying in the Human Resources field. The Symposium has awarded over $268,000 in scholarships in the last 13 years.
Are any of the funds used for salaries?
No! The Human Resources, Inc. Board, the Symposium Committee members and all of the speakers have volunteered their time.
Are the sponsors reimbursed for anything?
No! All sponsors contribute their time and services.
